Ghost Month
Alyssa (Marina Resa), needing to escape from her possessive boyfriend, takes a job as a housekeeper for Miss Wu (Shirley To) and her devoutly religious Aunt Chen (Akiko Shima). Unfortunately, her employment begins during the Ghost Month. According to the Chinese calendar, the seventh month of the year marks the time when restless spirits break free from hell to mix among the mortals. During this time, specific rules must be followed to avoid falling prey to the damned.
